If you are unsure of the fault, we can offer you a Samsung diagnostic service. Our fixed price diagnostic service we will examine your device to source and locate any problems. If we do find any problems we will establish the root cause and quote you for the cost of repair. If you are happy with the quote given for the repair of your device then we will deduct the diagnostic fee from the repair and will proceed with the repair. If you decline the proposed repair, the initial diagnostic fee will still be charged.
